The Solution

TECHTIMIZE deployed a self-hosted n8n automation platform on AWS, with 14 custom workflow modules connected to all enterprise systems via REST APIs and webhooks. An OpenAI GPT-4 document analysis module extracts offer letter data (salary, role, start date) and populates all downstream systems automatically. A Slack bot notifies managers at each approval step with one-click approval buttons, reducing approval lag from days to minutes.
